We have been fortunate to have an excellent long standing relationship with Aramark Workplace Solutions Ltd for the past 12 years, dating back to when the company was known as Orange EBS. We undertake various functions for AWS, mainly service & maintenance contracts for the full range of systems that IPS Ltd provides on different sites & locations throughout the UK. On many of the sites we not only service the fire alarm detection systems, but also CCTV, access control/door entry, intruder alarms, leak detection & gas extinguishant systems, combined with portable appliances (fire extinguishers), hose reels & dry risers We work very closely with all staff on a daily basis, from the Help Desk Supervisors to the UK Operations Managers/Directors

Barclays Assett Management

IPS Ltd have been involved at Barclays for over 7 years with a variety of FM company providers. We service the main building fire alarm detection, gas extinguishant, Air Sampling, Ansul R102 and dry riser systems The main building alarm system was originally a conventional style system in a 16 storey building which we converted to analogue/addressable; we built the control panel within the existing chassis that was flushed into the main reception area wall, behind security staff. All existing cabling were tested and re-used with new links installed for conversion to loops rather than radial circuits All work was completed out of normal hours to reduce distruption to client staff and visitors, with the system being restored to a 'live' condition by every morning so the building was always covered

Chelsea Football Club

IPS Ltd successfully completed the installation of the fire alarm detection and PAVA systems throughout the West Stand on Behalf of Shepherd Engineering Services. A fully addressable Apollo protocol system was provided with a bespoke control panel for the West Stand networked to the existing system which covered the complete stadium We were also pleased to install a new fire alarm detection system throughout the CFC Museum adjacent to the main stadium In 2011 we installed the fire alarm system within accomodation at the CFC training ground in Chobham, Surrey

Fat Face

IPS has just completed the fire alarm system in the new Ashbourne store, Derbyshire which opened in October 2012. This is the second new store of 2012.

LOROL

IPS Ltd provided an access control solution for LOROL headquarters linked to various sites across London. The system is a PC/Software based solution allowing remote access to each site via the LOROL WAN, with each site working independently on proximity card readers
